About ACT After School

"ACT After School" is a process oriented after-school drama club offered by Amesbury Community Theatre.  "Act After School" will offer participants the opportunities to cast, produce, and stage a full scripted play.  Students will learn the basics of stagecraft, production, and self-discipline. As well as, the importance of hard work, creativity and imaginative play, all while developing active listening and observation skills. Our students will enjoy the rewards that come with working together to achieve a common goal. Students will chose their production roles (costume design, stage management, directing) and be provided with the tools they need to perform their tasks to the best of their ability.
