A little about ACT...

Amesbury Community Theatre (ACT formerly known as Amesbury Children's Theatre) is a non-profit organization with the mission to bring the joy of theater to all ages in our community.

There are so many ways to get involved with Amesbury Community Theatre from auditioning for a performance, attending a fun filled week at camp, ACT Dance Class, ACT Afterschool programs or as a business providing your generous support in the form of a sponsorship!

Recent News

We are happy to announce coming to ACT Studios:

Big Bad -
The trial of the Big Bad Wolf
Performances are Friday 6/4 & 6/11 @ 7PM, Saturday & Sunday 6/5, 6/6, 6/12, 6/13 @1:30pm.
All performances will be at the Studio.
Tickets will be $20.00 and must be purchased in advance in light of Covid capacity limits.

New Writers Performances

​3 originally scripted 10 minute plays will be performed by a teen cast, and include a feedback session with the writers in between each performance.
Shows are April 30 & May 1 @7PM, @ the Studio. Tickets are $10 each
